1. Who operates Classbuster
Classbuster is an independently developed online report-writing service operated by Bojan Aleksic (Serbia) (“Classbuster”, “we”, “us”). It is designed for adult teachers and education professionals.

2. What the service does
Classbuster transforms lesson notes supplied by a teacher into draft student-progress reports and other teaching feedback using artificial intelligence. It offers several writing protocols, optional Krisp transcript import, and the separately installed Classbuster Scout recording/transcription companion, available with Pro.
You must review, correct, and approve every draft before sharing it with students, parents, schools, or teaching platforms. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsupported by your notes.
3. Accounts and access
Access may use an individual license or access key linked to your email address. You are responsible for keeping this credential secure and for activity under your account. Do not share, resell, circumvent, or abuse access credentials, quota limits, or the service.
Free access currently includes five Classic report generations per month and may include limited trials of other protocols. Trial availability, feature limits, and product capabilities may change; the application or checkout describes current entitlements.
4. Pro subscriptions and payment
Classbuster Pro is offered at a base price of RSD 1,233 per month. The exact amount, currency, any applicable taxes, and any currency conversion are shown at checkout before you pay. Paid access renews automatically according to the billing terms accepted at checkout until cancelled.
Checkout and recurring payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record for supported purchases. Classbuster does not directly collect your payment card number. Lemon Squeezy's applicable buyer terms govern the transaction, billing, and refund handling.
You may cancel future renewals using your billing-management link when available or by contacting the payment provider or Classbuster support. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; service access may continue until the end of the already-paid period, subject to the provider's rules and applicable law. Refund and statutory cancellation rights are not restricted by this summary.
5. Appropriate use and student information
Only submit notes, recordings, and transcripts that you are legally entitled to process. You are responsible for appropriate recording notices, permissions, consent, and confidentiality requirements before using Krisp imports or Scout, including when lesson material concerns children. Minimize identifying details wherever possible.
Do not use Classbuster to harass people, generate misleading evaluations, infringe rights, or transmit unlawful material. Do not attempt to probe, bypass, damage, or overload the service.
6. Your content and generated drafts
You retain any rights you have in lesson notes that you submit. You authorize Classbuster and necessary service providers to process the submitted material for the purpose of generating your requested draft and operating the service. Classbuster does not claim ownership of your original teaching notes.
You are responsible for reviewing and using generated outputs, including verifying that they reflect actual student performance and satisfy your teaching platform's requirements.
7. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may update, maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, address abuse, or comply with law. We cannot guarantee that the service or a third-party integration will always be available or error-free. We may restrict access for misuse, fraud, security issues, or violations of these terms.
8. Liability and applicable rights
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Classbuster is not a substitute for a teacher's professional assessment and does not guarantee educational results or the accuracy of generated reports. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
9. Updates and contact
